We were so excited when the sunshine finally arrived here in Cornwall a few weeks ago, that we decided to take some of our favourite pieces from our Summer 2019 Occasion Wears Collection out on the road to show you exactly how beautiful and wearable they really are.

We were lucky enough to be given an Access All Areas pass to the Historic Cornish Country Estate of Colquite. The Estate provided the perfect backdrop for our Summer Picnic photoshoot to showcase our Summer Collection, along with some carefully selected pieces from our latest homewares ranges.

Jo, Cassie (our Lifestyles Store Manager) and our favourite local Instagram friend @sunshinesamblog were on hand to model a selection of Jo’s handpicked pieces, and enjoy a lovely Summer picnic in the grounds. The sun was shining, the birds were singing, and we even had a visit from some of the Estate’s stunning horses. It was the perfect place to show off our favourite summer pieces and accessories.

We take great care in selecting wearable pieces made using the finest materials, as you can see from the photos. From everyday pastel summer stripes, to light and airy dresses to dress up or down, to the softest knits for the cooler evenings, we really do have your summer wardrobe covered.

We started with tea and finished with prosecco, the perfect end to the perfect picnic.

With special thanks to our lovely neighbours here at Hawksfield, Bespoke Traders for providing us with the beautiful vintage Mini, which we begrudgingly gave back at the end of the day. We can but dream!
